This is one of the coolest photos I've ever seen. I thought it was some sort of tornado at first.
Oh wow, I've never seen a contrail cast a shadow before! That's some dense stuff that came out of whatever aircraft spewed it. You've got a great eye to notice and capture it - what a photo!
